Complaints Procedure

Information for Parents

Sometimes things happen which make children or parents unhappy. It is important that parents/carers feel they are able to raise concerns. In most cases, concerns and complaints can be resolved by talking to staff at our school.

Please speak to the staff in the following order:

Class Teacher

Key Stage Leader (Mrs Cox - Years 4,5 & 6, Mrs Moore - Years 2 & 3, Mr Pell - Years R & 1)

Deputy Headteachers (Miss Lowe, Mrs Head or Mrs Sharpe)

Headteacher (Mrs Ansell)

However if you wish to raise a more formal complaint, then please follow our school complaints policy.
